The popularization of higher education to increase the students' choice of University and profession space, but also greatly enhanced the students and their parents to choose the consciousness of higher education. In the education costs and trade-offs between employment expectations of students in Colleges and universities, and professional choices more rational. Part of the social influence caused by the comprehensive strength of University, the quality of personnel training, social services, economic and social benefits and other aspects of influence, mainly reflected by professional social influence. It is one of the main reference candidates professional volunteer rational choice. Therefore, the relationship between the professional and professional choice of social influence of investigation and analysis of students, to discover and solve problems, summarize the rule of development of students in Colleges and universities, professional, professional adjustment and optimization is very necessary.The questionnaire of this study is to Changsha University of Science and Technology 13 freshmen of voluntary choice college entrance examination survey and the investigation of some students as the basis, the use of human capital, rational choice and higher education theory as the guidance to the students professional choice behavior analysis. On the choice of candidates and professional factors, the social influence of the candidates professional choices affect the way, the degree, the effect of the theoretical analysis and statistical analysis, summarized the major problems and puts forward relevant policy suggestions, and then draw the following conclusions:first, students are usually affected by many factors in Colleges and universities social influence is the main factor in the voluntary reporting; second,major choice in college entrance examination can be used as an important reference factors for the establishment and development of the profession;third,the students' freedom of choice is not high. At the same time, the candidates professional choice, higher education reform and government reform put forward some constructive suggestions.
