A Study Of Women's Political Participation In Tibet From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Women are important creators of social history.Women's political participation is an indispensable force to promote the construction of harmonious society.It is also an important index in the process of democratization,which directly reflects the degree of civilization of our society.The nineteen report pointed out that "expanding people's orderly political participation,ensuring people's democratic elections,democratic consultation,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision according to law",and mentioned that the people should participate equally.This shows that the party and the country attach importance to women's political participation.Tibet is the frontier minority areas in our country,the women's political participation in this region is of great significance to the stable development of the Tibetan area,the maintenance of national unity and the realization of the prosperity and development of all ethnic groups,so the women's political participation in government and academic problems need to be paid high attention.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and on-the-spot interview to investigate the Lhasa Tibet autonomous region women's political participation behavior,and the use of SPSS data processing software,using one-way ANOVA,T test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods to analyze the social capital and personal basic attribute influence on Tibet region women's political participation behavior,then gives some suggestions according to the research results.This article is divided into three parts,the first part is related concepts and theoretical parts,first of all,the previous study of the literature of combing.Secondly,it introduces the core concepts and related theories of this study in a comprehensive and systematic way.The second part is the empirical part,which elaborates the research framework,research hypothesis,questionnaire design and implementation process,and the data carried on the statistical analysis to draw the conclusion.The third part is the suggestion part.Based on the analysis of the research results,we put forward some proposals to improve the level of women's political participation.The results show that social capital is an important factor that affects women's political participation behavior in Tibet.Pearson test shows that it has positive correlation with the political participation behavior of Tibet women.And further regression analysis shows that:in the impact of social capital on women's political participation behavior factors,interpersonal trust is the most significant factor,followed by concern for public affairs,and finally for interpersonal interaction and community participation.Moreover,the analysis ofthe basic attributes of individuals reveals that the cultural level,religious factors and income situation have significant differences on the political participation behavior of Tibetan women.On the basis of the analysis results,the paper finally puts forward the relevant suggestions: strengthening the education of Tibetan women and improving the educational level of women;dig deep into Tibetan culture and enhance women's interpersonal trust;develop the economic development in the region and increase women's economic income;give full play to the strength of the organization and broaden the network of women's relations.
