An Research Of The Situation Of Female's Rights In The Village Committee

This thesis summarizes the basic situation of women's participation in politics and the significance,analyzes the common problems faced by.It mainly expounds the necessity of rural women's participation in social basic public management,also analyzes the mechanism and effect.In a word,the thesis points out the main reasons for that women in the village committee is not qualified to perform their functions are: the rural women's political participation consciousness is not established,a few people are willing to participate in politics,self position of elected women is low,they do not take the initiative to politics,rural women's political participation level and political level are limited,women can not participate in the organization of rural public affairs,with weakness strength.After analysis of women due to the shackles of traditional thinking,low comprehensive quality,implementation of the policy ineffective and unable to effectively participate in government and political affairs,this thesis further points out that the negative impact,including: women's equal rights and interests can not be effectively protected,the life quality of women is difficult to be improved,the development of rural economy and social progress is slowly.To sum up above problems,this thesis lists the key elements about women in the village to exercise the functions of political participation.That include:firstly,exercising of the right to know,decision-making and supervision;secondly,participating in the rural social order management,economic construction management and rural women management;thirdly,participating in maintain the rights and services,including advocacy services,rights and civil services;fourthly,to involve in entrepreneurship and development,including employment,entrepreneurship and establishment.Finally,this thesis puts forward the main measures to promoting women's function in the village committee,including improving policies and measures so as to offer organization and institutional guarantee to women in the village committee;providing protection for women by the women's federation;creating a favorable public opinion environment through extensive advocacy;improving women's affairs in the village committee of the participating ability through business training.
