The Present Situation Investigation Report Of Women's Rights And Interests Protection In Pulandian

?Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Women? (Hereinafter referred to as ?Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women?), as an important part of women's rights protection law system in our country, centralized embodies constitution spirit of equality between men and women, comprehensively confirms and protects legitimate rights and interests of women in politics, economy, culture, education, property and in the field of marriage and family and so on.In recent years, women's rights and interests protection in Pulandian has achieved remarkable results, all the rights and interests protection work has made considerable progress. However, with the economic and social development, protection work of women's rights and interests is facing new challenges. Based on the actual situation of Pulandian city, combining authors'actual work, with the aim of discovering problems, analyzing and solving problems, the current situation of protection of women's rights and interests in Pulandian was investigated in our study.Firstly, women in Pulandian were chosen as research objects, questionnaire and interview outline were designed. Questionnaire survey and case interview were used as investigation pattern to survey the current situation of protection of women's rights and interests in Pulandian.Secondly, by analyzing results of the survey and the interview records, several problems were concluded. Marginalization of women's political rights and family violence still exist, gender discrimination still affected women's employment, special labor protection for women is not in place and women were lacking of awareness of related laws for their rights maintenance. Several reasons contributed to this phenomenon were listed as follows. Traditional think that women are inferior to men affected too much to this phenomenon. What is more, women's lower legal quality, unclear function division of women's rights protection department, and poor consciousness of equality between men and women of decision-making subjects and implement subjects also contributed to the phenomenon mentioned above. Finally, in combination with the practical situation of Pulandian, suggestions were put forward for improvement in four aspects. Perfect the legal system on the protection of women's rights and interests in Pulandian, pay attention to play mass organization work force, strengthen the basic national policy of equality between men and women and focus on improving the overall quality of women.The research method of combining theory and practice was used in this article,300 women were investigated in different regions in Pulandian, existing problems and causes of women's rights and interests protection in Pulandian were analyzed. Furthermore, the corresponding suggestions were propounded. Our study not only provided reference to promotion of stable development of women's rights and interests protection work in Pulandian, but also speeded up development of women's career in Pulandian district and constantly improved the level of social civilization.
