Study Of The National Philosophy In Hegel's Elements Of The Philosophy Of Right

At present,Study of the national philosophy in Hegel's Elements of the Philosophy of Right has always been considered conservative,the reason for Hegel's philosophy of Right misreading,in fact,not because of it can not be find to the specific evidence to support their point of view in Elements of the Philosophy of Right,but because of their lack of full comprehensive grasp about Hegel's own awareness of the problem,do not understand purpose of Hegel's philosophy,so prone to bias.In this paper,through the systematic interpretation of the Elements of the Philosophy of Right,and from Hegel's whole philosophical system perspective,trying to sort out the national philosophy in Hegel's Elements of the Philosophy of Right.The main body of this paper will be divided into the following five parts:The first part:Introduction,including the current situation of domestic and foreign research,research significance,research methods.The second part:analyzes the logical starting point of Hegel's Elements of the Philosophy of Right.Free will is the beginning of the philosophy of right,but also as the logic starting point of Hegel's national philosophy,While the right existence is the free will of the activities of the Free Will,the concept of freedom constitute the system of right.the analysis of the logical structure about the national philosophy in Hegel's Elements of the Philosophy of Right.There are three parts in Free Will existence(the system of right):abstract right?morality?ethics,which is the logical structure of the whole philosophy of right,and constitutes the logical premise of its national philosophy;More importantly,as the three links of ethics:family,civil society and the state that the evolution of human civilization and history,and the state is the truth in the Philosophy of Right.The third part:it elaborates the core content of the national philosophy in Hegel's Elements of the Philosophy of Right Through the analysis of the concept of the state,the objective concept of the state-the national political system,the relationship between countries and other aspects,it will be grasp the nature of the state.The fourth part:On the basis of the above research,it makes a holistic evaluation of the national philosophy in Hegel's Elements of the Philosophy of Right.
