Study On The Contents Of Model Of Internet-based Self-management Platform For Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients In Community

Objective:This study was designed to explore the needs of the use of self-management interventions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to build a module system based on web information technology,patient-centred healthcare and combined self-management of patients and community chronic disease management was established,aiming to manage community COPD patients effectively,reduce the rate of exacerbation and delay development of illness,and improve quality of life of patients.and to provide reference for the future construction of Internet-based community COPD self-management model.Methods:This study built the primary content of the module of Internet-based self management platform in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community guided by the Chronic Care Model theories and through literature review,seminar,and qualitative interview methods.Then use the Delphi method,we conducted two surveys on the module for 16 experts of the coverage of the indicators,the items of indicators,the content of indicators and the importance of indicators.Finally,based on the results of the consultation we built the content of the module of Internet-based self management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community.Results:The positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 88.89% and 100.00%respectively,and the proportion of experts was 81.25% and 31.25% respectively.The degree of expert authority was 0.91;two rounds of correspondence at all levels of the importance of indicators were greater than 3.69,the feasibility score were greater than3.56.After two survey,the coefficient of variation were all less than 0.25,and theKendall's harmonics from 0.146 to 0.483,and the chi-square test is statistically significant(P<0.05).Because of the indicators need to meet the importance and feasibility of the assignment mean>3.50 and the coefficient of variation<0.25,according to expert opinion on the indicators to filter and modify,and ultimately formed with 2 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators of the module of Internet-based self management platform in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community.Conclusion:The study establish the content of the module of Internet-based self management platform in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community based on the Delphi,and finally got 2 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,32third-level indicators.It is reliable to use the Delphi method screening the content of the module of Internet-based self management platform in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community,and this module can provide the reference for the development of software and the popularization of research findings.
