Objective: Comparison of the clinical efficacy of microsurgical clipping and vascular interventional therapy for patients with anterior communicating aneurysm rupture. Methods: A review of 46 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients of our hospital from January 2012 to May 2017 underwent surgical treatment, surgery according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups,19 cases of control group were treated by endovascular embolization, the observation group of 27 patients treated by microsurgery treatment. The duration of operation, length of stay, postoperative GOS score, cerebral vasospasm incidence(CVS),hydrocephalus, intraoperative rupture and postoperative recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results: The duration of operation, the amount of bleeding and the days of hospitalization in the control group were superior to those in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the good rate, the incidence of complications and the rate of recurrence after the two kinds of surgical treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions: Interventional embolization for patients with ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysms is characterized by relatively short operative time, small trauma and quick postoperative recovery. It is worthy of clinical application. |
