Objective: To research the incidence rate and risk factors of anxiety,depressio n and functional disability in patients with cervicogenic headache.Methods: Hamilt on anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,Migraine Disability Assessment Questio nnaire and pain questionnaire designed by pain department of the First Affiliated H ospital of Xinjiang Medical University were used to investigate 90 cervicogenic hea dache patients and 60 healthy controls.Analysed the anxiety,depression,functional disability and related risk factors of informant to research their relationship.Resul ts: The incidence of anxiety in cervicogenic headache patients is 36.67%,the incid ence of depression is 32.22%,and the incidence of functional disability is 80%,w hich is significantly higher than that in the control group.Logistic regression analy sis showed that women,younger age,Han nationality,lower education level,rural residence,longer duration of disease and frequent seizures are main risk factors for cervicogenic headache associated with anxiety.Lower education level,rural residen ce,bad living habits,longer duration of disease,frequent seizures are main risk fa ctors for depression.Longer first onset age,concomitant symptoms,higher degree of anxiety are main risk factors for cervicogenic headache associated with functiona l disability.Conclusion: The incidence of anxiety,depression,functional disability i n cervicogenic headache patients is high.There are many risk factors for cervicoge nic headache associated with anxiety,depression,functional disability.
