The Study Of Xiaokejianpi Capsules On Insulin Resistance And Change Of Inflammatory Factors TNF-α、IL-6 In Patients With Spleen & Phlegmstagnation Syndrome Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: To observe the change of FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR,exploring the effect of Xiaokejianpi Capsules on IL-6、TNF-a change and IR in Patients with Spleen & Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Methods: Selected 64 cases with type 2 diabetes,randomly assigned to control group and experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received metformin,experimental group received Xiaokejianpi Capsual.After 12 weeks,observing the changes of 2hPG,FPG,HbA1 C,BMI,HOMA-IR,TNF-α,IL-6,TCM symptom score of all patients before and after treatment.Result: Baseline characteristics were well balanced between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,two groups of FPG,2hPG,HbA1 C,BMI,HOMA-IR,TNF-α,IL-6,TCM symptom score decreased significantly(P <0.05).Furthermore,the indexes of experimental group improved more significantly and compared with the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiaokejianpi Capsuals can control Spleen & Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome of Type 2 Diabetes with insulin resistance,improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and the FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,BMI were significantly decreased,the serum inflammatory factors like IL-6,TNF-α relieved.
