Using Mass-spectrometric Technique To Detect The Effect Of Vernonia Anthelmintica Willd Injection On Patients With Silicosis

Objective: By using mass-spectrometric technique detect the changes of differentially expressed serum proteins in patients with silicosis after inhalation of the vernonia anthelmintica willd injection(VAWI),To detect the effect of VAWI on patients with silicosis fibrosis.Methods:According to include and exclude standard screening of80 silicosis patients on one period in the xinjiang medical university fifth affiliated hospital(2015.9-2017.8).Randomly divided into basic treatment group and VAWI treatment group.The 40 cases basic treatment group(A-Q,A-H)was treated as control group.Another 40 cases with VAWI treatment(B-Q,B-H)were treated as experimental group.At the same time,selected 40 cases the age-matched healthy check-up patients as the normal group(C).The treatment duration of both groups was 10-15 days.Draw blood respectively,then take the serum,The serum proteins were analyzed by using the surface enhanced laser desorption ionic flight mass spectrometry(seldi-tof-MS)technique.The protein analysis results were compared six times:C vs A-Q,C vs A-H,Cvs B-H,A-Q vs A-H,B-Q vs B-H,A-H vs B-H,Find the presence of serum differential protein.Results:C vs A-H the name of the difference protein as follows :hepcidin;ibrinogen alpha chain frag;fibrinogen alpha chain frag et al.C vs B-H the name of the difference protein as follows:amyloid beta a4 protein;hepcidin;fibrinogen alpha chain frag et al.B-Q vs B-H the name of the difference protein as follows : amyloid beta a4 protein;hepcidin;neutrophil defensin 1 et al.A-H vs B-H the name of the difference protein as follows:serum amyloid a protein;hemoglobin subunit alpha;amyloid beta a4 protein et al.Conclusion:Atomization inhalation VAWI can lead to the emergence of the differentially expressed serum proteins in one period silicosis patients,in order to further develop the early diagnosis and prognosis of silicosis fibrosis,finding new drugs for disease control and the design scheme of the research provides a new theoretical basis.
