Objective:Evaluate the curative effect and the safety of Bazhen Decoction measures in preventing senile intertrochanteric fracture postoperative fatigue,which is exploring an effective method for the treatment of fatigue syndrome after intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:Select 60 cases of patients according to the inclusion and exclusion standard.They were randomly divided into 2 groups(30 cases in the experimental group,and 30 in the control group).The control group takes western medicine prevention and treatmentmeasur(Psychological guidance,pain management,adjustment of perioperative imbalances,treatment of complications,minimally invasive surgery,rehabilitation team intervention,etc.),the experimental group takes Bazhen Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine that bases on the use of Western medicine prevention and treatment measures.Use the VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)of fatigue to diagnose the postoperative fatigue,as well as using the VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)of fatigue,BPOMS(Brief Profile of Mood States)and ICFS(Identity-Consequence Fatigue Scale)to evaluate the degree of fatigue situation in the next morning of the admission to the hospital and the first day to the seventh day after the operation.In the next morning of the admission to the hospital and the first,the third and the seventh days after the operation,blood samples were collected for detection of hemoglobin,albumin,Immunoglobulin G,Interleukin-6.EXCEL software was used to collect the data,and then the results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 20.0.Results:A total of 56 patients were included in the study and the clinical data were collected,the experimental group(n = 28)and the control group(n = 28).1.Fatigue score of VAS,BPMOS score,ICFS score.Comparison between groups:There was no significant difference in these two parameters between the pre-operation and the first day after the operation.(P>0.05);the third and the seventh days after operation the experimental group of VAS score,BPMOS score,ICFS score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison in group,two groups of VAS score,BPMOS score,ICFS score existed on the first day after operation>the pre-operation,the first days after operation>the third days after operation,the third days after operation>the seventh days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Hemoglobin and albumin content:Comparison between groups:In the four time,There was no significant difference in these two parameters between the preoperation and the first day after the operation(P>0.05).the third days after operation and seventh days after operation,the experimental group of hemoglobin and albumin content was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison in group,two groups of hemoglobin and albumin contentsexisted on the pre-operation>the first days after operation,the third days after operation>the seventh days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Serum IgG content(Immunoglobulin G):Between the two groups:in the four time,There was no significant difference in these two parameters between the pre-operation and the first day after the operation(P>0.05).the first,the 3rd and the 7th days after the operation of the control group was lower than the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison in groupthe first day after the operation of the control group of IgG content was higher than the first days after operation,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the experimental of IgG contents existed on the pre-operation>the first days after operation(P=0.179),the difference was not statistically significant.The two groups of IgG contents existed on the third days after operation>the first days after operation,the seventh days after operation>the third days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Serum IL-6 content(Interleukin-6):Between the two groups:in the four time,There was no significant difference in these two parameters between the pre-operation and the first day after the operation(P>0.05).the 3rd days and the 7th days after the operation,the control group was lower than the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison in group,two groups of IL-6 content existed on the first days after operation>the pre-operation the first days after operation>the third days after operation,the third days after operation>the seventh days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen Decoction using in the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures,which could adjust body’s nutritional status,immune and inflammatory factor to improve the severity of postoperative fatigue but no obvious adverse reactions.It provides a new way to improve the safety,efficiency and early recovery of the post-operative fatigue syndrome of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
