Clinical Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Invigorating The Spleen And Kidney In Treating The Urinary Retention After Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of supplementing spleen and kidney and acupuncture on urinary retention after cerebral apoplexy.Methods:The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 patients in each group.according to the random number table method.The experimental group and control group before the age.sex and stroke types and treatment of two groups of bladder residual urine volume.urinary retention.no difference between the general data.such as the bladder function integral.comparable.On the basis of conventional treatment of cerebral apoplexy.experimental group using the method of tonifying spleen kidney acupuncture.find out:spleen shu shu shu.bladder.kidney.and b122.liao.rank,bilateral.wei Yang,the control group.the use of the traditional acupuncture therapy.take in.song bones.guan yuan three points.Two groups of patients were treated with 2 courses of treatment.including 1 treatment per day.6 days for 1 week.1 day for rest and 1 course of treatment.Treatment after two courses of the two groups of patients with bladder residual urine volume.bladder function integral.and the change of urinary retention degree and curative effect for statistical results.and analyze the method of tonifying spleen kidney acupuncture clinical therapeutic effects of urinary retention after stroke.If the patient has no obstruction to urination during treatment.the treatment will be stopped.During the trial.if the patient has obv ious consciously to urinate.micturition conscious or urethra urine leakage.2～3 times to try to pull the urine tube.encouraging patients to control urine,if within 24 h.the patient urine flow without discomfort.consciously and B exceed 50 ml or less residual urine,can be successful as active urination.end treatment:If the patient can urinate spontaneously.but the urine is not smooth,or(and)B exceeds the residual urine>50ml,it will continue to be treated with acupuncture and indwelling catheterization.Results:In the two groups before and after treatment of bladder residual urine volume.urinary retention.urinary bladder function integral group,compared between groups,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).treatment group and control group after treatment in the three aspects above are improved to a certain extent.but the degree of the improvement of the experimental group were greater than the control group.On the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation standards:treatment group total effective rate was 86.7%,were cured(40.0%).improved 46.7%.with 13.3%.control group total effective rate was 66.7%.were cured(26.7%).improved 40.0%.not 33.3%.after statistics analysis.statistically significant difference(P<0.05);On the basis of western medicine curative effect evaluation standard:treatment group total effective rate was 83.3%,which accounted for 40.0%,recovery(33.3%)were markedly improved,improved(10.0%),invalid(16.7%).control group total effective rate was 73.3%,which accounted for 26.7%.recovery(16.7%)were markedly improved.improved(30.0%).invalid(26.7%),statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect was superior to the traditional acupuncture group.Conclusion:After clinical research,found that the experimental group and control group in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke can improve the patient’s bladder residual urine volume,bladder function integral,urinary retention,but the curative effect of tonifying spleen kidney acupuncture method compared with the traditional acupuncture method curative effect is better.
