The Clinical Research In Multi-function Moxibustion Apparatus Warm Acupuncture Of Stroke Concurrent Urinary Retention

Objective : To observe the therapeutical effect of Multi-function moxibustion apparatus warm acupuncture therapy in stroke concurrent urinary retention,and explore its therapeutic mechanism,in order to provides a safe,effective and can be widely applicated clinical treatment.Methods : Sixty standard cases of urinary retention after stroke patients with indwelling catheter, according to random number table method was divided into the treatment group and control group. Patients of two groups had no significant differences in gender,age,course of the disease,the degree of urinary retention,case classification. On the basis of actively treating the primary disease,the control group using the traditional method of acupuncture treatment,the treatment group uses a Multi-function moxibustion apparatus warm acupuncture therapy.Two groups of patients are treatment one times a day,five days for a period of treatment. To statistical analysis of the differences of the first urinate time,the average residual urine volume,the degree of urinary retention,the effective rate and the rate of urinary tract infection in two groups of patients after a course of treatment, evaluation of multi-functional acupuncture moxibustion apparatus temperature clinical curative effect for the treatment of urinary retention after stroke. Can self micturition stop treatment, for five days after treatment is still unable to urinate patients continued to give corresponding groups of treatment until to urinate.Results : Two groups of patients after treatment the first urination average time comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment the average residual urine volume compared with within groups before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Two groups after treatment the average residual urine volume compared between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment the degree of urinary retention compared with within groups before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Two groups after treatment the degree of urinary retention compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of control group was 73.3%;the treatment group was 93.3%;two groups of the total efficiency of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The infection rate of urinary tract infection was 23.3% in the control group;the treatment groupwas 6.7%;two groups of the infection rate of the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion : Multi-functional moxibustion apparatus warm acupuncture and traditional acupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke were effective,two groups are improve the degree of urinary retention and average residual urine volume of patients, and the curative effect of multi-functional moxibustion apparatus warm acupuncture is higher, improvement is more apparent, rapid onset,safer and worth popularization and application in clinic.
