Objective:Through the observation of clinical cases to research the clinical effect on the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with the addition and subtraction of liver-softening and spleen-nourishing decoction,to provide effective treatment ideas and treatment methods for the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and improve the clinical curative effect of the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in Chinese medicine.Method:The 60 patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, were considered as the subject of discussion, which were in accordance with the standard.According to the principle of randomised control, they were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with liver-softening and spleen-nourishing decoction.1 doses per day,and take it morning and evening after meals, half an hour later, once about 200ml.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate,1 tablets one time,3 times a day.4 weeks was a course of treatment, and the recurrence rate was evaluated after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal.Observe the improvement of treatment group and control group of main symptoms, like abdominal pain, stool character, the frequency of stool, the deep sigh in the chest etc.and minor symptom, like fabdominal distention, atigue and weakness, loss of control, appetite etc.before and after treatment.Conduct statistical analysis and decide the effect of treatment.Results:1 Each symptom score:Except for abdominal distension, the other scores of the treatment group and the control group have significant difference in statistics than those before the experiment(P<0.05)In symptom score of abdominal pain, the frequency of stool and fatigue and weakness, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).To improve the rest of the patient’s symptoms, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2 Total score of TCM symptoms:There are significant differences in the main symptom score, the secondary symptom score and the total symptom score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The rank sum test between the treatment group and the control group, the results show that there are statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group in the main symptom score, the secondary symptom score and the total symptom score(P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group has a better effect on the improvement of the overall symptoms. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.3 Recurrence rate:The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 6.67%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 16.67%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1 The addition and subtraction of liver-softening and spleen-nourishing decoction is better than western medicine in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in the improvement of overall efficacy and clinical symptoms.2 It has the advantages of good curative effect and low recurrence rate for the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with the treatment of the addition and subtraction of liver-softening and spleen-nourishing decoction.
