The Clinical Efficacy Of The QingyangZhiyang Acupuncture Treatment In Patients With Cholestatic Pruritus

Objective:to evaluate the clinical effect of cholestatic pruritus treated with Qingdan and itching policy and its influence on the serological indexes of patients with cholestatic pruritus."Methods:From 2017,66 patients with cholestatic pruritus were collected from department of the Liver diseases,Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion,received treatment in Xiamen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,aged 18 to 65 years,and 60 patients were divided into treatment group according to the principle of random control.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of routine western medicine treatment,and the acupoints were taken as Danshu,Jiexi,Qu chi,Zhigou,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai,unilateral acupoints,rotating one side daily,Once a day for 14 days as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients in the treatment group and the control group were evaluated for the pruritus score and symptoms and signs of ALP,y-GGT,VAS,and the statistical software SPSS20.0 for windows was used to analyze the data.Results:Score of curative effect after treatment:the total effective rate of treatment group was 73.33 and that of control group was 46.88.By statistical analysis P<0.05,it can be seen that the treatment combined with choledochus and itching policy has certain effect on improving the symptoms and signs of pruritus.Compared with before treatment,the degree of pruritus,attack frequency,duration and secondary lesions were improved in both groups.Comparison between groups:compared with the control group,the treatment group had better degree of pruritus,frequency of attack and secondary lesions(P<0.05,P>0.05),which indicated that the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Compared with the total integral of pruritus,the improvement degree of the total integral in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The monitoring indexes of liver function included ALPand y-GGT.The comparison of ALP and γ-GGT before and after treatment in two groups were all less than 0.05,and the values of ALP and y-GGT were higher than that of P>0.05,which indicated that the curative effect of the two groups was equal.The results show that.The related liver function indexes of patients with cholestatic pruritus were improved by cholestatic antipruritus therapy combined with routine western medicine and western medicine alone.The comparison of pruritus frequency score of VAS in two groups was compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that both groups had curative effect.Comparison between groups:compared with the control group,the score of VAS itching score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study showed that the pruritus of patients with cholestatic pruritus could be improved and the quality of life of the patients with cholestatic pruritus could be improved.
