Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Senile Skin Pruritus Of Blood Deficiency And Wind-dryness

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of the Senile skin pruritus of blood deficiency and wind dryness type,analyze the feasibility of this method in clinical application,provide new basis for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease,and explore new treatment ideas.Methods:Sixty patients were treated in the acupuncture department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This study included in the standard of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,observation group of patients in the conventional acupuncture combined acupuncture point injection of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection,control group patients in the conventional acupuncture treatment,the treatment of 4 weeks in a row,observe two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical observation the change of the scale and the scale of syndromes,to analyze the clinical curative effect comparison.Results:1.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 53.33% in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Scores of clinical observation indexes of patients:(1)Total score of clinical observation indexes of patients: After treatment,the overall clinical observation indexes of the observation group and the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);The total number of clinical observation indexes was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Individual score of clinical observation indicators of patients: the observation group was better than the control group in improving itching degree,itching duration and itching area,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was a better trend in terms of damage,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.TCM syndrome score:(1)Total score: the total score of TCM syndrome in the observotion group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a signifciant difference(P<0.01);The improvement of insomnia,dizziness and dry stool in the group was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of palpitations,pulse and tongue coating(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using the method of joint of acupuncture point injection treatment of blood deficiency wind dry type senile skin pruritus,has good curative effect in clinic,this advantage in can significantly improve symptoms of patients with insomnia,dizziness,defecate dry,itchy skin,effectively relieve patients reduce itching duration,reduce itching area,and then improve the patients quality of life,It is safe,effective and has no adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
