Clinical Effect Observation Of Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Gujian Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Gujian Decoction in the treatment of Primary Osteoporosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis type,and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical promotion of the treatment of Primary Osteoporosis with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis type.Methods:100 cases of Primary Osteoporosis patients with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis type were selected from the orthopedics department of Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from January,2017 to December,2017,who were randomly divided into experimental group 50 cases,50 cases in the control group.The control group was given Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets and Calcitriol Soft Capsules.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the experimental group was given the addition and subtraction of Gujian Decoction.If the patient can’t stand the pain,it seriously affects the sleep,then give Celecoxib Capsules orally.The two groups were treated for 3 months.During the treatment,the patients were instructed to diet and exercise,and other drugs or health products which might affect bone metabolism were stopped.The Blood Calcium was monitored once a month.The Liver and Kidney function were examined before and after the treatment to evaluate the drug safety.At the end of treatment:1.To observe and compare the changes of pain symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups,and to clarify the significance of Gujian Decoction in the treatment of Primary Osteoporosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis type in improving the pain symptoms.2.To observe and compare the changes of bone mineral density before and after treatment in the two groups,and to clarify the effect of Gujian Decoction on bone mineral density of Primary Osteoporosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis type.3.To observe and compare the analgesics between the two groups during the treatment.4.To observe and compare the incidence of fractures and adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Results:1.There were no significant differences in sex,age,course of disease,weight,height and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no cases shedding in the two groups.2.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score,lumbar 1-4 bone mineral density and left femoral neck bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05).3.At the end of treatment,the VAS score,lumbar 1-4 bone mineral density and left femoral neck bone mineral density in the two groups after treatment were improved than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the course of treatment,compared with the control group,the experimental group can significantly reduce the number of taking analgesics,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the experimental group in improving pain symptoms and improving the lumbar 1-4 and left femoral neck bone mineral density were superior to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In this study,the total effective rate was 84%in the control group and 92%in the experimental group,while the curative effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.During the research,the two groups had no complications such as fractures,hypercalcemia,no obvious adverse reaction.At the end of treatment,the Liver and Kidney function had no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Gujian Decoction is safe and effective in treating Primary Osteoporosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis type,can significantly improve the pain symptoms,and can improve the lumbar spine 1-4 and left femoral neck bone mineral density.
