Clinical Observation Of Treatment With Nano Microneedle Leading-in Danshen Injection Combining Yangsheng Pills For Alopecia Areata

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the treatment with nano microneedle leading-in danshen injection combining Yangsheng pills for alopecia areata.The overall efficacy is evaluated by comparing the total scores of accompanying symptoms and the thickness and density of newborn hair before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy evaluation,the onset time and the safety.This study can provide a reference for the clinical application and therapeutic evaluation of the treatment with nano microneedle leading-in danshen injection compound Yangsheng pills for alopecia areata.Methods:60 patients with alopecia areata meeting the inclusion criteria were involved in the study and randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with nano microneedle leading-in danshen injection once a week.The control group were given nano microneedle leading-in normal saline at the same frequency as treatment group.Both groups were treated with oral Yangsheng pills,5g/time,twice a day,4 weeks for a course for 3 courses.Before treatment,the sex,age,course of disease,clinical accompanying symptom score,skin lesion severity,skin lesion distribution site and TCM syndrome type of the patients were all recorded.After the treatment,the clinical accompanying symptom score,thickness and density of newborn hair,the disappearance time of exclamation mark shape hair,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction,etc.were recorded.Finally,the collected data were summarized and analyzed statistically with SPSS 17.0.Results:There were 30 cases in each group without any drop-out during the whole process.There was no statistical difference in the distribution of gender,age,course of disease,clinical accompanying symptom,skin lesion severity,distribution of lesions and TCM syndrome type(P>0.05).The baseline was balanced and comparable.After treatment,9 cases in the treatment were cured,13 markedly improved,6 effectively,and failed in 2.The overall effective rate was 93.33%.The results of the control group were 1,4,16,9 respectively.The overall effective rate was 70%.There were statistical differences in clinical efficacy,density and thickness of regenerative hair,and the disappearance time of exclamation mark shape hair between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.After treatment,the total scores of the clinical accompanying symptoms of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between two groups in the total scores of the clinical accompanying symptoms(P>0.05).The results showed that both groups had significant improvements in the clinical accompanying symptoms after treatment,but there was no difference among the treatment group and control group.The adverse reactions were not found in the process of treatment,and the therapeutic scheme was safe and feasible.Conclusion:Oral Yangshen pills can improve the clinical accompanying symptoms of patients with alopecia areata.Danshen injection plays a positive role in promoting hair regeneration and shortening the process of alopecia areata.It is safe and effective to treat alopecia areata with nano microneedle leading-in danshen injection combining Yangsheng pills.
