The Clinical Observation Of "Tiao Gan Li Pi Decoction" On Treatment Of Tourette Syndrome(Hyperactivity Of Liver And Spleen Deficiency)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of "Tiao gan Li pi decoction" in the treatment of Tourette syndrome(TS).Methods: A total of 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and the children were randomly divided into trial and control group at 1:1 by the principle of random grouping.The trial group(n=45)was treated with Tiao gan li pi decoction,while the control group was treated with Haloperidol Tablets.4 weeks as a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment were used,Outpatient follow-up for 6 months.According to YGTSS,Nimodipine score was evaluated before and after treatment,and at the end of 6 months follow-up,the scores of children before and after treatment were observed.In order to evaluate the safety of Tiao gan li pi decoction in the treatment of children with TS,the EEG,blood routine,liver and kidney function were detected and all adverse reactions were recorded.Results: 1.There were no significant differences between the general data and clinical data of the two groups before treatment(age,sex,course of disease,severity of the disease,and twitch score),which was comparable.2.The total effective rate of the trial group was 93.3%,including eight cases cured,twenty-six cases effective,eight cases action and three cases ineffective.In the control group,the total effective rate was 88.89%,of which six cases were cured,nineteen cases were effective,fifteen cases action,five cases were ineffective.The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved.There was no significant difference in total curative effect(P>0.05).3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).During the course of treatment,two children in the experimental group were found to be tired and relieved after rest,while in the control group,the side effects such as muscle spasm,dysphagia and inability to sit still were found,and the relief was achieved after adjusting the medication in time.The test results are not affected.4.In terms of safety,no significant abnormalities were found in blood routine,EEG,liver function and renal function,and the abnormal rate after treatment was lower than that before treatment.5.The long term recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with Haloperidol Tablets,Tiao gan Li pi decoction could effectively improve the symptoms of children with Tourette syndrome,but the effects of Tiao gan Li pi decoction were better than Haloperidol Tablets on long-term side effects and recurrence rate.It is more effective,safe and practical.
