The Clinical Research Of Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction In The Treatment Of Child Tourette Syndrome (Pattern Of Phlegm-fire Harassing The Spirit)

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction in thetreatment of Child Tourette Syndrome（pattern of phlegm-fire harassing the spirit）.Method： The subjects of the research are Child Tourette Syndrome （pattern ofphlegm-fire harassing the spirit）patients,they are selcetd from the pediatrics outpatients of theAffiliated Hospital to Changchun University of Chinese medicine and all met the inclusionstandard.Using self-reflection methods to observe the clinical efficacy of the30inclusioncases who were treated with Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction. The course of the treatment is1month,we observed2courses,and the follow-up observation is6months.Result：Through the clinical efficacy observation and evaluation of the30cases usingself-reflection methods to observe,there were3cases cured,16cases markedly effected,6cases effected,and5cases were invalid.The overall effective rate is83.33%.Besides,noapparent untoward effects has occurred.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Tiao Shen Tie Luo Decoction in the treatment ofChild Tourette Syndrome （pattern of phlegm-fire harassing the spirit）is effective withoutrebound and any toxicity or side effects,which proved that Traditional Chinese Medicine cantreat Child Tourette Syndrome effectively,it provides a new effective drug in the clinicaltreatment of Child Tourette Syndrome.
