The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Period Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis By Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal And External

Objective This study adopts the method of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal and external to treat the acute period of peripheral facial paralysis patients,observed the changes in patient of HB grade and FDI body and the social function before and after treatment,to explore the curative effect of acute period of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture and Chinese medicine internal and external,for provide the basis for clinical treatment of acute period of peripheral facial paralysis.Method This topic is collected from January 2017 to December 2017,in Wuhan Hospital Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine,acupuncture outpatient department patient 40 cases,which accords with the diagnostic criteria and included in the clinical study of facial paralysis,according to the time order of the patient,using the random number table method were randomly divided into acupuncture group(routine acupuncture group)and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group(acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal and external treatment group).Both group adopt acupuncture with side fengchi,yifeng,yangbai,sibai,qianzheng,taiyang,dicang,jiache,xiaguan,the contralateral hegu,double zusanli,the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group adopt the method of Chinese medicine internal and external on the basis of acupuncture.Both groups were treated 1 times a day,1 week for 6 days,1 week for one course of treatment,and 4sessions.Before treatment on two groups of general data such as age,sex,duration between group comparison,through the statistical analysis of differences between the two groups have no statistical significance(P > 0.05),at the same time,two groups of patients before treatment HB grade and FDIP,FDIS by statistical analysis of differences between the two groups have no statistical significance(P > 0.05),illustrate the comparability between the two groups.Before and after treatment,respectively,for all patients with HB grade and FDIP,FDIS record,by comparing before and after treatment of HB grade,cure rate and total effective rate,and the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was analyzed.Result1.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group was 100% and 95%,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).However,in terms of the efficiency of cure rate and efficiency,the two groups were 60% and 25%,and the statistical difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Simple acupuncture treatment and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal and external treatment of acute period of peripheral facial paralysis are effective, but acupuncture combined with internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine treatment is better than simple acupuncture treatment.2.In the HB score,there was statistically significant difference in HB scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The difference of HB score in the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).That simple acupuncture treatment and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal and external treatment are effective on recovery of nerve and facial muscle function in acute period of peripheral facial paralysis,but acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal and external treatment curative effect is superior to the simple acupuncture treatment.3.In terms of FDI score,the FDIS score was compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the statistical analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).FDIP score was statistically significant before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).FDIS scores were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the FDIP score of the two groups was statistically significant.Pure acupuncture treatment and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal and external treatment of acute period of peripheral facial paralysis in patients with facial nerve recovery,interpersonal skills to restore all have curative effect,but acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine internal and external treatment is more superior to simple acupuncture groups.Conclusion Simple acupuncture and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine internal and external therapy in the treatment of acute period of peripheral facial paralysis all have curative effect,but with two groups of HB grade and FDI,acupuncture combined with internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine treatment method is better than simple acupuncture treatment,in the recovery of patients with facial nerve and facial muscle function recovery and interpersonal communication ability has better curative effect.
