Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis By Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Change through the use of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine sticking to the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis were observed before and after treatment of each index,and acupuncture combined with nano gel therapy and simple acupuncture were compared,the effect is to evaluate professor Li Jiakang sticking prescription,and transdermal drug delivery mechanism for further study of traditional Chinese Medicine foundation.Method:Methods 90 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the single center randomized method,in which acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine sticking group(n = 30)was treated with acupuncture combined with nano gel group(n = 30),which was referred to as the gel group(n = 5),and the simple acupuncture group(n = 30).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the three groups in age,gender,course of disease and clinical symptoms.Three groups were given conventional acupuncture treatment and Western medicine treatment based on Western medicine treatment for oral Prednisone Acetate Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets.In the treatment group,the traditional Chinese medicine was applied for the treatment of the two points in the treatment of the wind and the front,and the gel group was treated with nano gel on the basis of the treatment,and the basic group was only treated with the basic therapy.Three groups of acupoints,course of treatment before and after treatment are exactly the same,using H-B(House-Brackmann)facial nerve grading scale,TCM symptom score scale,FDI facial disability index scale,and the effects were compared and statistically analyzed between group and group.Result:1.the total curative effect comparison: after continuous treatment of 4 courses,the total effective rate was 96.70%,83.30%,80.00%,respectively in the paste group,the gel group and the basic group.Sticking group and gel group in the total efficiency,sticking group and the group’s total efficiency had significant difference(P<0.05),gel group and the group’s total efficiency was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating sticking group on peripheral facial paralysis curative effect is better than that of gel group and group,and effects of different gel group and group based on peripheral facial paralysis.2.H-B score: three groups of patients in the treatment group before and after the H-B scores in the t test,with statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment with H-B score group and gel group,sticking group and the group by t test,there was significant difference(P<0.05);treatment group and gel base the H-B scores in the t test,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),facial nerve dysfunction in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,three groups were effective,but sticking group is better than the gel group and the group,and gel group and basic groups.3.TCM syndrome integral scale score: three groups of patients in the treatment group before and after the TCM symptom score scale scores in the t test,with statistical difference(P<0.05);treatment group and plaster gel group,sticking group and the group of TCM symptom score scale scores in the t test,there was significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment gel group and the base group of TCM symptom score scale score difference by t test,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the three groups could relieve peripheral facial paralysis symptoms and signs,but sticking group is better than the gel group and the group.While the gel group and basic groups.4.FDI score: three groups of patients in the treatment group before and after the FDI scores in the t test,with statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment with FDI score group and gel group,sticking group and the group by t test,there was significant difference(P<0.05);treatment group and gel base the FDI scores in the t test,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the three groups can improve peripheral facial paralysis and facial disability and quality of life,but sticking group is better than the gel group and the group,and gel group and basic groups.Conclusion:1.acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with Nami and simple acupuncture can effectively treat peripheral facial paralysis.2.the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is higher than the latter two.Moreover,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine sticking to treat facial nerve dysfunction,alleviate symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve quality of life and other aspects are better than acupuncture combined with Nami and simple acupuncture.3.there was no difference between acupuncture combined with Nami and simple acupuncture in all aspects,it showed that Nami had no effect on the curative effect of peripheral facial paralysis.
