| Objective: The therapeutic method of electroacupuncture combined with separated mild moxibustion for the treatment of epicondylitis of the humerus is clinically effective.Therefore,a randomized controlled clinical trial is used to compare the treatment of electroacupuncture combined with separated mild moxibustion for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis and the simple use of electroacupuncture treatment.The therapeutic effect of the bed has been continuously improved in the clinical treatment of humeral epicondylitis.Methods:1.Clinical data: Collecting clinical data of the time between December 2015 and December 2017,from Wuhan City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine rheumatism acupuncture clinic patients with humeral epicondylitis,after screening according to the diagnostic criteria,collected records of 60 patients were enrolled in this study,the 60 patients during the treatment period all actively cooperate,without removing or shedding cases.According to the principle of randomized grouping of clinical trials,60 patients were divided into 30 cases of treatment group,namely,electroacupuncture combined with separated mild moxibustion group,and 30 cases in the control group,that is,electroacupuncture group.2.Methods: In the control group,the patients with epicondy litis of the humerus were treated with electroacupuncture.A needle of 0.25 mm 40mm was used to needle the Hegu,hand three li,Qu Chi,elbow,Wai Guan and AI acupoint.After getting gas,a pair of output electrodes were attached to the hand three,the acupoint,and the needle was left for 30 minutes.The acupuncture method in the treatment group was the same as that of the control group.After the end of acupuncture,the patients were treated with separated mild moxibustion.The treatment time of the two groups was once every other day for 2 weeks.The two groups did not use any drugs or other physical therapy during the e xperiment.3.Observation index: The influence of the epicondylitis of the humerus on the patient was mainly manifested in the pain of the elbow,the elbow and even the extremities,the weakness of the upper limb and the decrease of daily activity.So the pain degree of the elbow(the simple Mc Gill pain assessment scale),the Mayo elbow function score,and the grip strength index were used as the observation index.Before the experiment,the two groups of patients were evaluated to ensure that there was no difference in the observed indexes before the test,and that the test would not be affected.The changes of visual analogue score(VAS)after the first treatment were used to evaluate the curative effect of two treatments on HE pain.After 2 weeks of treatment,the 3 indexes of the two groups were evaluated again.The difference between the 3 indexes before and after the treatment of the two groups and the differences between the groups were compared.The curative effect of the two groups was compared with the statistical principle.1 months after the end of the treatment visit,to evaluate the long-term efficacy.4.Statistical method: All the data in this experiment were analyzed by statistical software spss21.0.Qualitative data were checked with chi-square test,quantitative data were measured by two independent samples with t test,and rank data were tested with Ridit.The Pvalues obtained from the calculated results are 0.05,and the results of Pare less than 0.05.The difference between two objects was statistically significant.Results: 1.Before the experiment,the observation indexes of the tre atment group and the control group were evaluated.The results showed that the difference between the 3 indexes was not statis tically significant(p>0.05),indicating that the basic data between the two groups had no effect on the test results.2.The treatment group,20 cases were cured,the total effec tive rate was 96.67%,13 cases were cured by simple acupuncture control group,the total effective rate was 73.33%,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05).3.In the index improved elbow pain degree,pain scores of the treatment group and control group were lower than before treatment,and after treatment the difference was significant,p<0.05,two groups can significantly reduce the pain of elbow.Compared to the two groups,the immediate analgesic effect of electroacupuncture combined with septum mild moxibustion after the first treatment was better than that of pure electroacupuncture.There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups after the course of treatment.The grip strength index of the two groups increased significantly after treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups,(p<0.05)showed that the treatment group improved the grip strength of tennis elbow patients better than the control group.The scores of the two groups of elbow function were significantly improved after treatment.The treatment of two groups could improve the elbow joint activity.Compared between the two groups,p<0.05 showed significant difference between the two groups.The treatment group had an advantage in improving elbow joint function.Compared with the control group in the treatment group,the treatment group was more effective than the control group in one month after the course of treatment.The difference was statistically significant.Two groups were more effective than the control group.Treatment: Electroacupuncture combined with separated mild moxibustion and electroacupuncture therapy can effectively relieve pain symptoms of the patients.In terms of recovery of elbow function,improvement of forearm external force,immediate analgesia and long-term effect,electroacupuncture combined with separated mild moxibustion is better than electroacupuncture.In future,we should pay attention to the application of Moxibustion in tendo n injury or soft tissue disease,so as to provide a reliable comprehensive treatment for the treatment of humeral epicondylitis. |
