Influence Of Community Management Mode On Social Support And Quality Of Life In Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective:to study the management mode for patients with lung cancer community indicators related to the quality of life.Methods:select ZhiMaYing community hospitals and health facilities in 8 not hospitalized Patients,200 cases of lung cancer.Using the random number table method were randomly divided into management group 100 cases,100 cases,control group management group using\"social-psychology-biological\" three comprehensive management mode,the control group intervention does not include all the three factors.Compare two groups of patients before intervention,intervention,intervention 6 months after 12 months after the adoption of the realization of social support scale(PSSS),the European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life scale core(EORTC QLQ C30)and lung cancer patients quality of life measurement scale FACT-B(V4.0)score.Using spss16.0 statistical analysis software,mainly using the descriptive analysis,independent sample t test,variance test,rank and inspection.Results:(1)the management of social support in the intervention group patients improved obviously after 12 months,compared with before intervention was statistically difference(P<0.05),compared with the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)in FACT-B(V4.0)rating scale,12 months after intervention,the management group of patients in the aspect of physiology,emotional state,social and family status and functional status has improved significantly,compared with before intervention was statistically difference(P﹤0.05),compared with the control group with statistical difference(P﹤0.05).(3)in EORTC QLQ-C30 rating scale,12 months after intervention,the function of the management group in the field of social function,emotional function,cognitive function,symptoms in the field of fatigue,nausea,vomiting,insomnia,loss of appetite,general health has improved significantly,compared with before intervention was statistically difference(P﹤0.05),compared with the control group,with statistical difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:(1)lung disease management mode can improve patients in community social support,and the longer the intervention,improving the effect better.(2)lung disease community management mode can dramatically improve the physiological status of patients with lung cancer,family situation,emotional state,function of society status.And in the longer the intervention,improve the effect is better.(3)the community management mode can improve the social function of patients with lung cancer,cognitive function,emotional function,and fatigue,insomnia,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting symptoms,and the longer the intervention,improving the more obvious effect.
