Study On The Prescription Of Prescriptions For Treatment Of Arthralgia Syndrome In The Last Ten Years

Purposes:Through the retrospective study on the treatment literature of arthralgia syndrome in recent ten years,collect and formulate effective prescriptions for treatment of arthralgia syndrome,and use modern computer statistics and data mining techniques to further analyze and formulate the structure and compatibility of prescriptions for treating arthralgia syndrome disorders.In order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome clinical prescription drugs,to improve the clinical efficacy of arthralgia syndrome treatment,and provide ideas for the creation of new party and further researchMethod:This study through the literature search,sorting out the prescriptions for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome in the modern literature for the last ten years(January 1,2007-December 31,2016),the collected prescriptions,according to the type of syndrome Calculate the statistics,analyze the types of drugs used,high-frequency drug group,and summarize its structure and compatibility rules.At the same time as collecting prescriptions,the etiology and pathogenesis of arthralgia syndrome,historical evolution,and syndrome management were summarized.Results:In this study,487 effective prescriptions for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome were collected,of which 256 were wind-cold-dampnes,139 were liver and kidney deficiency,69 were rheumatic fever,and 23 were phlegm blocking.The statistical analysis of each major drug type showed that:the treatment ofwind-cold-dampnes was based on blood circulation and phlegm medicine,divergent wind cold drugs as the basic structure,compatibility of cold wind and dampness drugs,qi drugs;Commonly used two combined drugs are Licorice-Angelica,White Pelican-licorice,cassia twig-licorice,commonly used triple drugs are White Pelican-licorice-Angelica,ligusticum wallichii-licorice-Angelica,Asarum sieboldii-White Pelican-licorice.Treatment of liver-kidney deficiency syndrome with blood circulation and phlegm drugs,qi drugs as the basic structure,compatibility of blood drugs,cold wind and dampness drugs,antiemetic drugs;Commonly used two combined drugs areKawashima-Angelica,licorice-Angelica,Achyranthes-Angelica,commonly used triple drugs are Kawashima-Achyranthes-Angelica,Achyranthes-licorice-Angelica,Kawashima-licorice-Angelica and so on.Therapeutic rheumatic fever is treated with heat-clearing drugs as the basic structure,and it is combined with blood circulation and phlegm-resolving drugs,anti-emetic drugs,and diuresis;Commonly used two combined drugs are Achyranthes-Phellodendron,Atractylodes-Phellodendron,Achyranthes-Atractylodes,commonly used triple drugs are Achyranthes-Atractylodes-Phellodendron,Coix seed-Atractylodes-Cork,Achyranthes-Coix seed-Atractylodes,Achyranthes-Coix seed-Cork.The treatment of phlegm stasis syndrome is based on the basic structure of blood circulation and phlegm drugs and phlegm-resolving drugs.Commonly used combination drugs are Kawashima-Angelica,Pinellia-Angelica,Arundin-licorice,commonly used triple drugs are Pinellia-Kawashima-Angelica,Pinellia-Poria-Citrus,Kawashima-Poria －Angelica.From the perspective of overall drug use,tonic drugs,rheumatoid drugs,and blood circulation and phlegm drugs were used most frequently,and attention was paid to the use of phlegm and worm drugs;High-frequency drugs are mostly liver,spleen,and kidney.Drugs are mostly warm,and medicines are mainly painful.Conclusion:From the statistical results can be drawn:1.The treatment of cold and dampness is mainly based on blood circulation,dehumidification and dehumidification,supplemented by qi;Treatment of liver-kidney deficiency syndrome to promote blood circulation,qi-based,supplemented by blood,phlegm dehumidification;Treatment of rheumatic fever with heat-based,supplemented with blood circulation,dehumidification dehumidification;Treatment of phlegm stagnation card is mainly based on promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm,supplemented by dehumidification by hurricane.2.The therapeutic ideas of replenishing righting,relieving wind,removing dampness,and promoting blood circulation and meridians have been applied throughout the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.
