Clinical Observation About The Efficacy Of Wenzhongwuji Decoction On Duodenal Ulcer(Deficiency Cold Of Spleen And Stomach)

Objective:In this study,to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the wenzhongwuji decoction on Duodenal Ulcer during the a period(deficiency cold of spleen and stomach),it provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of wenzhongwuji decoction on Duodenal Ulcer(deficiency cold of spleen and stomach).Methods:Eighty patients with DU who were spleen-stomach-deficiency-type Helicobacter pylori-positive were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases each.At the same time,taking the four drug treatment group and control group(Amoxicillin capsules,Bismuth potassium citrate tablets,Pantoprazole enteric capsule,Furazolidone tablet)eradication of Hp,treatment for 2 weeks,ending after anti Hp therapy,treatment group was given oral temperature and wenzhongwuji decoction to the treatment course of 4 weeks;the control group was given Pantoprazole enteric capsule to continue the treatment course of 4 weeks.In two groups after 6 weeks of treatment in two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,endoscopic and Hp eradication rate were analyzed and compared.Results: 1.The total effectiveness of the treatment and control groups was 91.7%,75.7%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,which was better than that of the control group.2.The symptoms improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).3.Before and after treatment,the scores of single syndromes in both groups were significantly different(P<0.01),indicating that the improvement of clinical symptoms in both groups were better than before treatment;the pain in the stomach,like warm,have a bad face,limbs weakness and other symptoms compared with the control group were statistically significant differences(P <0.05).4.The total efficacy of gastroscope treatment in the treatment group and the control group were88.9%,78.4%.It is suggested that the improvement of ulcer healing and mucosal inflammation in the treatment group and total effective rate is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.The eradication rate of Hp is better than the control group(P<0.05).6.In the course of treatment of two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reactions,two groups of drugs in the treatment of DU(deficiency cold of spleen and stomach)good safety.Conclusion: Wenzhongwuji decoction in the treatment of Duodenal Ulcer(deficiency cold of spleen and stomach)clinical symptoms(the pain in the stomach,like warm,have a bad face,limbs weakness),ulcer healing and gastric mucosal repair,Hp eradication rate,and can reduce the adverse reactions of anti Hp drugs,for the significance of clinical research.
