Objective: To investigate tonifying kidney, benefiting qi and activating blood effect on IL-6(Interleukin-6)in blood of patients with Spleen and kidney qi deficiency and primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods: 1.According to the inclusion criteria of the patients,60 cases of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency and stasis were observed.60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment of Western medicine, were asked to patients with low-salt low-fat high-quality protein diet;the treatment group also on the basis of conventional treatment, taking "Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang Tang" Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Two groups of patients before treatment of age, gender, duration and other aspects are not statistically different.2.Observed two groups of patients(experimental group, control group)before and after treatment related laboratory indicators such as Liver Function,Blood lipids,Coagulation,Blood routine,Renal Function,Urinary Protein,24 h urine protein quantitation(24h UTP),Interleukin-6(IL-6)and other laboratory indicators Changes, the results will be compared after treatment to determine the differences in efficacy.3.Observe the changes in TCM symptoms in the two groups of patients, and quantify the TCM syndrome scores, then analyze the effect. Results: 1.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy: after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is obviously greater than that of the control group when the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)by comparing the treatment group to the control group.2.The improvement of laboratory indexes: The laboratory indexes Liver Function,Blood Lipid,Coagulation Function,Urinary Protein,24 h urine protein quantitationof the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P <0.05)The treatment group improved better than the control group.3.Improvement of cytokines: the improvement of cytokines(IL-6)of the treatment group is better than that of the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01)by comparing the laboratory indicators in treatment group to the control group after treatment.4.Comparison of the total effect of TCM: the total effect of TCM in the treatment group is better than that in the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)by comparing the treatment group to the control group after the treatment.5.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: the efficacy of TCM symptoms in the treatment group is better than in the control group when the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Tonifying kidney, benefiting qi and activating blood methods can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, some laboratory indexes, and reduce the concentration of IL-6 in patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and sputum-type primary nephrotic syndrome.Tips tonifying kidney, benefiting qi and activating blood may reduce the level of IL-6 in blood to alleviate the spleen and kidney qi deficiency type of primary nephrotic syndrome patients,so as to achieve the purpose of delaying the progress of patients.
