Clinical Research On Body And Auricle Acupuncture For Premature Ovarian Failure Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the body and auricle acupuncture therapy in treating of premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type.The clinical effects are then compared with that of Climen treating the same POF and objectively evaluate the differences in the efficacy of two different methods.This study may contribute to developing a safe and effective acupuncture therapy to premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation for clinical acupuncture treatment.Method:Select 60 patients of premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type from out-patients,which was divided into traditional acupuncture therapy treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group used the body and auricle acupuncture therapy,five times a week,three months in total.Thirty cases in the control group were treated with western medicine Climen once a day,21 times a month,then stop eating for 7 days,taking three months of treatment.Each patient pump blood to check the numerical value of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)before and after treatment.Record the changes of FSH,LH and E2 and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,then to analyze the relevant data with statistical methods to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)After treatment,the total curative effect in treatment group was 80.0%,and66.67% in the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05),The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.(2)After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms’ total integral of the two groups were obviously reduced(P<0.05),it has shown that two different therapies have good effects on premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type.And there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05),it has shown that the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms’ total integrals in the treatment group were better than those of control group.(3)After treatment,each traditional Chinese medicine symptom’s integral of the two groups were obviously reduced(P<0.05),it has shown that two different therapies have good effects on improving each traditional Chinese medicine symptom’s integral.And there were significant differences in “soreness of waist and knee”,“dizziness and tinnitus”,“lassitude” between groups(P<0.05),it has shown that the improvement of “soreness of waist and knee”,“dizziness and tinnitus”,“lassitude” in treatment group were better than those of control group,and there were no significant differences in the rest of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.(4)The FSH and LH level of the two groups are both obviously reduced after treatment,which has significant differences compared with its original level(P<0.05)and the control group(P<0.05).Two methods both can reduce the level of FSH and LH and the effect of treatment group is better than that of control group.(5)Each groups’ E2 level was increased after treating,which has significant differences compared with ex-treatment(P<0.05)and in E2(P>0.05).Two methods both can improve the level of E2 but there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:This research has shown that the body and auricle acupuncture therapy has good effects on premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type compared to the control group.Two methods can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.And the group of body and auricle acupuncture was superior to the control group in the TCM syndrome integral,soreness of waist and knee,dizziness and tinnitus,lassitude.The body and auricle acupuncture therapy and Climen can adjust the level of patients’ serum.This therapy can decrease the FSH and LH level and improve the E2 level.The treatment group’s total effective rate is superior to the control group.
