Evaluation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Combined Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Vertigo(Essential Hypertension)

Objective:By multicenter clinical controlled study on vertigo(essential hypertension)observation,basic traditional Chinese and Western medicine combine antihypertensive effect of treatment plan,TCM symptom and the improvement of life quality,rich its application range and provide data support for its popularization and application.Methods:90 cases of outpatient with vertigo(essential hypertension)were selected,which were treated in Fengchan Road community health service center and shijia river hospital under the jurisdiction of jinshui district general hospital from April,2016 to December,2016,as a schema group,treated with combination with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.90 cases of outpatient with vertigo(essential hypertension)were selected,which were treated in zacheng hospital and miaoli town health center under the jurisdiction of jinshui district general hospital from April,2016 to December,2016,as a control group,treated with conventional western medicine.The main evaluating criteria were OBPM,HBPM,TCM syndrome scores and TCM symptom curative effect,life quality.Two groups are controlled with clinical study.Results: 1.Antihypertensive effect: both of two groups can reduce blood pressure,antihypertensive effect after treatment in two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.TCM efficacy: schema group have higher effect towards improving TCM syndrome aggregate score and TCM symptom curative effect,there was a significant difference of two groups comparison after treatment(P<0.05).3.Life quality: schema group have more significant improvement on patient life quality,scheme group's life quality aggregate scores is higher than control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of vertigo(essential hypertension)treatment which was combined with basic traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve TCM symptom curative effect in patient with hypertension,especially is obvious in the dizzy,nausea and vomiting,headache,insomnia,anorexia,abdominal distension,vomiting phlegm and hot sweating etc,meanwhile can improve patients' life quality,especially has a good effect in the 6 aspects of somatization symptoms,physical symptoms,sleep status,hostility,anger or vitality,interpersonal relationship.The implementation of vertigo(essential hypertension)treatment which was combined with basic traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy,and can be further applied.
