Objective: To explore the status quo of hospitalized patients’ perception for nurse service attitude,to explore the connotation of nurses’ service attitude from the perspective of patients,to find the main problems of nurse service attitude,to provide a reference for nursing managers to solve the problem of nurse-patient disputes caused by service attitude.Methods: In this study,14 cases of hospitalized patients in a large tertiary hospital in Wuhan were selected by using the objective sampling method and data saturation as the standard.According to the contents of the interview,the face-to-face,semi-structured interview method was used to communicate with the patients,to explore the attitude of the nurses who were felt during hospitalization and to complete the collection of data.Interview full recording combined with transcripts,after the interview content combined with the contents of the transform into words.And then use Colaizzi seven-step method,for data analysis and discussion,refining the theme.Results: The results of hospitalized patient-perceived nurse service attitudes include two parts about the content and the meaning.For the nurse service attitude contains three aspects of analysis of the thirteen themes,respectively,nurses service patients with professional ethics include the eight themes: serious and responsible,proactive,timely service,kind and friendly,cordial,patient,respectful and courteous,attentive;nurse service patients with professional qualities include the four themes: professional skill,good and effective communication,caring care,scientific and cultural literacy;nurses on the ward management include the strict management of the ward one theme.The significance of nurses’ perceived nurse service attitude in hospitalized patients includes the influence of nurses’ attitudes on mood swings and psychological changes and nurses’ attitudes affecting the progress and development of the hospital.Conclusion: Through the qualitative research on the attitude of nurses perceived by inpatients,we understand the specific contents of nurses’ attitude and know the patient’s needs to nurse service attitude.In the patient-centered overall care model,the hospital should pay attention to the attitude of nurses training and development,to provide patients with good service attitude to ensure the realization of quality services.
