Objective:Explore Motomed viva2 intelligent training system for type of Parkinson's patients balance ability, fear of falling and the effect of movement function, for the Motomed viva2 intelligent training system for Parkinson's disease patients to provide theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods:Selection a provincial-level top-three hospital in Nanchang in January 2017-December 2017 met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of Parkinson's patients 30 cases(32 patients were included in the original study,2 cases of dropout, finally has 30 cases of Parkinson's patients to complete test),before and after using their own comparison research method, using Motomed viva2 intelligent training system for in Parkinson's patients to carry on the resistance of the joint was forced to stamp on high speed loop movement(20 min training each time,3 times per week,8 weeks),Use the Berg balance scale balance ability evaluation of Parkinson's disease patients before and after the training, the fall in the revision efficiency scale(MFES)evaluation of Parkinson's disease before and after training is afraid of falling, the unified Parkinson disease rating scale(UPDRS)in the third part(UPDRS-III)evaluation of Parkinson's disease patients movement function changes before and after training.SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software was used for statistical processing of collected data.Results:1.A total of 30 patients with Parkinson's disease were enrolled, including 22 male patients and 8 female patients. The ratio of male and female was 2.75:1.The average age of the patients enrolled in this study was(79.10±5.454)years old.Among them,60~69 years old accounted for 6.7%,70~79 years old,43.3%,80~89 years old and 50%.Hoehn-Yahr level 1 is 16.7%,level 2 is 53.3%,level 3 is 30%;The shortest course of the course is one year, the longest course is eight years,43.3% in 1~4 years, and 56.7% in 5~8 years.2.After 8 weeks of training, the balance ability score of pd patients improved before the training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the improvement was not significant.3.After 8 weeks of training, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the scores of patients with Parkinson's disease who were better than before the training.4.After 8 weeks of training, the exercise scores of the patients after training had improved before the training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Among them, the tremor and delayed action of patients after training were improved compared with that before training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant improvement in the strength of the patients after training, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After training, there was no significant improvement in postural posture,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),and the gait condition was improved before training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:The Motomed viva2 intelligent training system can improve the balance ability of Parkinson's,improve the fall performance, improve the function of motion(Especially in the tremors, slow movement and gait, there is a good improvement, but there is no obvious improvement in rigidity and posture abnormalities),and promote the application in clinic.
