To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Damp Heat Stagnation Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective This study by observing the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of damp heat syndrome differentiationacupuncture stagnation of recurrent oral ulcer,objective to study the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.Method According to the "Chinese Stomatological Association Specialized Committee developed oral mucosal disease recurrent oral ulcer diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome of dampness and heat in 142 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of oral ulcer type,The control group was treated with total glucosides of paeony,the treatment group acupuncture bilateral Tianshu,Zusanli,Fenglong,hegu.The duration of treatment was 30 days.According to the "Chinese Stomatological Association effect evaluation of Specialized Committee of oral mucosal disease recurrent oral ulcer treatment for systemic and local standards and visual analogue scale(visual analog scale,VAS)recorded daily ulcer pain score,clinical efficacy compared two groups of subjects.Result(1)The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 90.14%,while that of the control group was 78.87%.By 2 test,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group treated with TGP(p<0.05).(2)Respectively in patients after 1 years of follow-up,the results showed that after treatment,the acupuncture treatment group the recurrence rate was 29.58%,total glucosides of paeony in control group the recurrence rate was 67.61%,the control group of acupuncture treatment group was significantly better than that of total glucosides of paeony.(3)The two groups before treatment and 4 days of treatment,6 days after ulcer pain VAS scores between the two groups of subjects 4 days after treatment VAS score was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),sixth days after treatment in the acupuncture treatment group VAS score lower than the control group(P<0.01).(4)the two groups after treatment compared with the rate of healing,the healing time of<4 days of treatment group of about 30.99%and 18.31%in control group;the healing time of 4-5 days,the treatment group 40.85%,control group 21.12%;the healing time of more than 5 days of treatment group28.16%,control group60.56%;the healing rate of the treatment group and the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with oral TGP,acupuncture is the treatment of damp heat stagnation type recurrent oral ulcer is more effective,timeliness and good persistence.
