The Application Of Nasolabial Flap Designed Based On Subunit Conception Of The Repair Of Upper Lip Defect

Objective:Introducing the application of Nasolabial flap,designed based on the guild-line of subunit conception,in repair of upper lip defect.Method:Set the subunit of normal upper lid as template,concerned with the position,size of affected defect,to design a Nasolabial flap.Cut skin and subcutaneous tissue,transfer skin flap to cover the defect.Result:Using subunit method to design a Nasolabial flap to repair upper defect.The aesthetic profile of upper lid can be maintained.Conclusion:designing a Nasolabial fold flap based on the guild-line of subunit conception to repair upper lid defect.Post operation,the aesthetic profile of upper lid can be maintained.Subunit method is a plausible method to repair upper lid defect.
