Clinical Research Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Deanxit In Treatment Yin-deficiency Of Both The Liver And Kidney Of Menopausal Anxiety

Purpose:The main purpose of this project is the treatment yin-deficiency of both the liver and kidney of menopausal anxiety by oral Deanxit and electroacupuncture combined with Deanxit,with Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and after treatment were detected the serum.estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH the changes of the level)to evaluate the clinical curative effect,in order to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of the disease.Methods:The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(electro acupuncture combined with Deanxit group)and the control group(Deanxit group),36 cases in each group(n = 36)who come from Jilin Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.During the course of the study,9 patients were dropped out,and the final treatment group had a total of 32 cases,with a control group of 31 cases.Two groups of patients were given Deanxit treatment,the treatment group was treated with electro acupuncture therapy,treatment for 7 days for 1 course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the effects were evaluated by HAMA,SAS,E2,FSH and LH.The data obtained in the study were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results:The age and course of patients in the treatment group and control group were analyzed by statistical software.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%,the total effective rate of control group was 77.42%,there was significant difference(p<0.05),the curative effect was better than the control group.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with deanxit and deanxit in the treatment of climacteric anxiety disorder has obvious clinical efficacy,and electro-acupuncture combined with deanxit is better.
