Objective: Through the formulation and implementation of high simulation teaching,the new recruits nurses are trained in post skills.To explore the effect of high simulation teaching,and to provide reference for improving the quality of new nurses in hospital.Methods: The newly recruited nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in 2016 were selected as the training objects,The eligible 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,each with 80 persons,two stage cross design is adopted.The first stage is 2 months,group A adopts high simulation teaching and group B adopts traditional teaching method.After 1 months of intermission,the second stage is 2 months,group A adopts traditional teaching method and group B adopts high simulation teaching.Competency inventory for register nurse and California critical thinking disposition inventory-chinese version were using to assessed core competencies of nurses and critical thinking ability.A simulation teaching effectiveness questionnaire was compiled by the American nursing federation,Evaluation of the whole set of simulated high simulation teaching and the effect of simulation teaching;Objective structural clinical examination(OSCE)was adopted to assess the clinical practice ability.Results: 1.The new nurses' core competence baseline score was 130.76 ± 34.78,the middle level is the core competence of nurses;The total score of critical thinking ability was 284.13±35.66.To achieve the critical thinking ability,total score requirements are positive,critical thinking ability level.2.Before training,there were no statistically significant differences in core competence and critical thinking ability between nurses of A and B two groups(P>0.05).The results of the two phase cross test show that two different teaching methods mainly affect the critical thinking of nurses(P < 0.05).The high imitation teaching can improve the total score of the critical thinking ability of nurses,which mainly displays in the two dimensions of open thinking and cognitive maturity.3.The implementation of nurse survey of high simulation teaching on stage one and stagetwo,nurse simulation of high simulation teaching method in teaching the whole set,(96.25%),(98.13%),the level of teachers(98.13%),(90.01%)and the standard of patient satisfaction were higher.New nurses in the learning satisfaction and learning confidence,simulation teaching practice and evaluation assessment of the simulation design was more than 4 points,the two groups had no statistical significance of new nurses in the score difference(P > 0.05).4.The first stage of training,two groups of 45 people randomly selected by OSCE examination,A group of nurses in nursing assessment,diagnosis,planning and health education 4 test station scores higher than B group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);No statistically significant difference was found between the two groups in the nursing skills examination(P > 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in nursing assessment,diagnosis,planning,and nursing skills between the stations(P>0.05).Conclusion: The training has received good results,and high simulation teaching can effectively improve the critical thinking ability of new nurses.To improve the core competence of nurses,we can use the high simulation teaching method,and then adopt the traditional teaching method,and combine the two teaching methods to train.To improve the competency of new nurses,and to complete the standardized training of new nurses.
