| Objective: to investigate the effect of absorbable fixation bone stick for the humeral lateral condylar fracture in children.Method: From September 2014 to September 2016,59 cases of humeral lateral condylar fracture,patients are divided into A,B two groups,Group A was treated by Kirschner wire fixation,totally 37 cases.Group B was treated by absorbable fixation bone stick,totally 22 cases.Efficacy was evaluated by age,gender,the rate of postoperative infection,elbow joint function,carrying angle loss and the cost of hospitalization.And the results were statistically analyzed.Results: A,B two groups in age,sex,elbow joint function,carrying angle loss and the cost of hospitalization was statistically no significant difference(P>0.05),and to compare the rate of postoperative infection,the infection rate of A group was higher than that in group B.Conclusion: To compare with Kirschner wire,absorbable bone stick has a better fixation effect,and it can avoid secondary surgical trauma.The therapeutic effect of absorbable bone stick is the same as that of Kirschner wire,and it can be used as a new choice for the treatment of humeral condylar fracture in children. |
