Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Anus Bulge (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Erbai Acupuncture

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative anus bulge(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)with ex-ue2 acupuncture,Further clarify ex-ue2 acupuncture in effective safety of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieving pain,improve its technical operations,the formation of application specifications and guidelines.Method: In this study,all patients were admitted to the first clinical hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which was diagnosed as the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis type mixed hemorrhoid.The test method was randomized control method,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The treatment group was given acupuncture two white acupuncture treatment,the control group was given Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital anorectal fumigant(hospital preparations)treatment,according to the requirements after treatment were recorded changes in symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients,comparing the treatment group and control group after treatment,the curative effect difference data,all recorded data are of application software medical statistics to analyze the results of SPSS19.0.Result: Through the analysis of clinical curative effect observation and collection of data,results in remission in patients with anal bulge degree,the degree of pain,foreign body sensation and smooth defecation,two white point acupuncture is superior to the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),and in the remission of anal bulge duration,no obvious difference(P > 0.05).The total effective rates of the two groups were 86.67% and 70.00%,respectively.Conclusion: Acupuncture two white points for mixed hemorrhoid surgery disease anal swelling(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)can play an effective role in improving,and easy to operate,the treatment effect is better than traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy.
