Clinical Observation On Spleen And Stomach Damp-dry Eye Treated With Sanren Decoction And Phlebeal Gland Massage

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanren decoction combined with zygomatic gland massage in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat dry eye.METHODS: A total of 63 cases(126 eyes)with dry eyes which met the criteria were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,hot compress eyelid with hot towel and meibomian gland massage therapy and the treatment group was treated with Sanren decoction plus oral and dreg residue on the basis of the control group treatment.Each group takes 14 days as a course of treatment,and have 2 courses continuously.Observe the changes of clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,objective indicators(tear film rupture time,tear secretion test,corneal fluorescein staining,meibomian gland obstruction)before and after treatment,and perform statistical analysis and research.RESULTS: The final cases were 63(126 eyes),32(64 eyes)in the treatment group and 31(62 eyes)in the control group.(1)Baseline data analysis: Before treatment,there was no difference in gender,age,duration of disease,skin,Western symptom scores,TCM symptom scores,and objective indicators between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)The incidence of female patients in the pre-treatment group was higher than that of the male patients,with a ratio of male to female = 1:1.5.The incidence of oily skin was higher in patients with normal skin than in normal skin.Normal skin: oily skin = 1:2.6.(3)Western medical efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.7 %,and the total effective rate in the control group was 64.5 %.Thetreatment group was superior to the control group in terms of significant efficiency and effectiveness;after treatment,there was a sense of dryness between the two groups.There was a statistically significant difference in foreign body sensation,burning sensation,and blurred vision(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in improving fatigue(P>0.05).(4)Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 84.4%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 51.7%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of significant efficiency and effectiveness;after treatment,the two groups were dry.There was a statistically significant difference in pain,foamy eyelid,and abdominal bulging(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group;there was no statistically significant difference in the white eye red veins,mouth odor,constipation and redness(P>0.05).).(5)Objective indicators: Objective indicators of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).It can prolong the tear film rupture time,increase tear secretion,and promote corneal epithelium repair.Improves meibomian gland function.Conclusion: 1.Sanren Decoction combined with meibomian gland massage can relieve dryness,foreign body sensation,burning sensation,fatigue and blurred vision in dry eye patients;improve spleen and stomach dampness and heat;prolong tear film rupture time,increase tear secretion,Promote corneal epithelial repair and improve meibomian gland function.Compared with the simple use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops with meibomian massage,the effect is more ideal.2.Sanren Decoction combined with meibomian gland massage is safe.
