The Observation Of Curative Effect Of Yiqi Xuanfei Treatment For Infantile Enuresis

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Xuanfei treatment for infantile enuresis by the clinical observation with the combination of physiological and pathological characteristics,and then provide a reliable traditional Chinese medicine treatment for this disease,and lay the foundation for further study of infantile enuresis.Methods: 61 patients with infantile enuresis were elected who has seen a doctor in pediatric department of both the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine and Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College during the period from January to December 2016.All the patients were diagnosed as enuresis in western medicine and syndrome of qi deficiency and lung depression in TCM,aged from 5 to 12 years old with more than 3 months course of disease.30 patients seeing a doctor in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College was setted as the control group,treated by taking orally minirin(desmopressin acetate)1 hour before sleep with small amount of water at the dosage of 0.2mg each time,once a day,while 31 patients seeing a doctor in the First Affili--ated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine was setted as the TCM-treated group,treated by Yiqi Xuanfei method with Shrink Urine Formulation.Both of the groups were managed with the strict control of amount of water-in,and bladder function training,and regular nocturnal defecation.The weekly times of enuresis,main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the syndrome score before and after treatment was taken as the observation index,and at the same time the examination of blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function and other related safety indicators were observed,and the adverse events during the treatment.Two groups of treatment period was 4 weeks,4 weeks after the efficacy evaluation.After treatment,the datas were statistically analysed,and evaluation of curative effect of two groups.Results:(1)Comparation of baseline datas of two groups,gender,age,condition of patients were statistically tested,there is no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Comparation of curative effect,among the 31 patients of TCM-treated group,6 cases were cured,with 10 cases with marked effect and 10 cases with some effect and 5 cases no effect and the rate of effect 83.87%.Among the 30 patients of control group 5 cases were cured,with 10 cases with marked effect and 11 cases with some effect and 4 cases no effect and the rate of effect 86.87%.There is no significant difference between the curative effect of the two groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparation of curative effect of syndrome,among the 31 patients of TCM-treated group,5 cases were cured,with 17 cases with marked effect and 7 cases with some effect and 2 cases no effect and the rate of effect 93.55%.Among the 30 patients of control group 3 cases were cured,with 4 cases with marked effect and 16 cases with some effect and 7 cases no effect and the rate of effect 76.67%.There is markedly significant difference between the curative effect of the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Comparation of security between the two groups,no adverse events occured.Conclusions:(1)The effect of Yiqi Xuanfei method with TCM is equal to that of western medicine and the treatment method is worth of further promotion.(2)The improvement of some symptoms,such as the depth of sleep,fatigue,a small,small lazy,congestion and other symptoms has obvious advantages.(3)No adverse events occured in the course of treatment,and the safety of drugs is reliable.
