Nowadays,living in a modern society,people are much better off with the development of social economy.However,as an inevitable result,modern human being,white-collar workers especially,have a much heavier work intensity and life stress,as a result of which,their normal life are being seriously affected,which leads to a series of sub-health states,insomnia and depression for instance.As an effective therapy to adjust the sub-health state,somatosensory vibration therapy has been widely promoted in recent years.Nevertheless,although the somatosensory vibration equipment has been extensively developed,there is no conclusion about the mechanism of somatosensory vibration therapy on human body.The research and development of the somatosensory vibration equipment is also lack of theoretical guidance and support.Therefore,in this paper,we developed a complete set of somatosensory vibration system,and we designed the related experiments to analyze the response mechanism of human heart and brain induced by somatosensory vibration of different frequencies using electrocardiograph(ECG)and electroencephalograph(EEG)signal.The main content of this thesis contained the following aspects:1)A complete set of vibration system was designed,comprising of signal source generation system and somatosensory vibration equipment.The signal source generation system was designed to output a single frequency,amplitude adjustable sine signal.Vibration equipment was a device which can convert a single frequency sinusoidal signal into a mechanical vibration.2)Related experiments with four different frequencies were designed to analyze the response mechanism of human heart and brain induced by somatosensory vibration of different frequencies using ECG and EEG signal.3)In the ECG and EEG analysis induced by 20 Hz somatosensory vibration,we found decreased heart rate,raised heart rate variability and decreased sympathetic nerve excitability,so we speculated that 20 Hz somatosensory vibration is conducive to adjusting the sub health state.We also found the raised relative power of beta frequency band of EEG signal in left frontal area,and information transferring among the right brain areas has been strengthened.So we speculated that 20 Hzsomatosensory vibration could improve the awareness and cognitive ability of the subjects.4)In the comparative analysis of four frequencies,we found that somatosensory vibration of four frequencies were all beneficial to adjusting sub healthy state.However,the effect of different vibration frequency was different after the vibration stopped.Vibration of 10 Hz and 20 Hz could maintain the effect of reducing heart rate within a certain time range when the vibration stopped.The effect of adjusting sub-health state of Vibration of 1Hz and 5Hz could be achieved only when the vibration was carried out.The brain response mechanism induced by vibration was different with different frequencies.The alertness of the test was decreased by vibration of 1Hz and 5Hz,increased by vibration of 20 Hz.And the frequency following response of EEG signal appeared under vibration of 1Hz,10 Hz and 20 Hz.
