Objective:retinitis pigmentosa is an inherited forms of retinal pigment atrophy lesions,manifested as peripheral retinal lesions and development center to asymptotically eventually lead to visual impairment.The clinical process of RP with refractive is discrete,up to 95%,the ratio of high myopia however,myopia is currently the world,s highest incidence of ametropia,recent studies about myopia results show that certain peripheral retinal defocus state influences the development of the occurrence,the development of myopia and peripheral retinal lesions and the surrounding refractive changes between RP and whether the progress condition changes of the central refractive existence have certain research value.This experiment will through the comparative analysis of RP patients with myopia diopter of the peripheral retina,The relationship between the refractive state of the retina and the development of mypia.Method:Selecting March 2014 to May 2016 in the first clinical college of University of South China of ophthalmic accompanied by varying degree of myopia and merging other eye diseases and syndrome of RP patients,routine eye examination and vision,refractive and other specialized examination.Visual field maps of grouping method according to AGIS scores,to each average central refractive value and the surrounding nasal temporal refractive value setting of reasonable control,using PASW statistics18 were statistically analyzed,when P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.According to the experimental requirements to collect 47 cases(89 eyes)moderate myopia mainly followed by high myopia.View diagram according to the method of AGIS divided into three groups(light medium and heavy),half for low to moderate myopia,severe to moderate myopia mainly.2.Low moderate field score and the central refractive values of paired sample T test,P<0.05 RPRE with statistical significance,and in severe vision score and the central refractive value T test P is 0.294,no statistical significance.3.The low and moderate group visual field defect temporal at 20 degrees 30 degrees range RPRE values in independent samples T test,P value were 0.01,0.004,with statistical significance.In the degrees in the temporal nasal 10 20 30,the P value were 0.125,0.190,0.217,have no statistically significant.Moderate and severe vision defect group nasal temporal 10 degrees RPRE value T test P values were 0.787,0.930,P>0.05,no statistically significant.Severe vision damage group at 20 30 surrounding refractive value cannot be obtained without effective.The moderate group in the nasal temporal side of 30 RPRE value of paired samples T test P value was 0.037,with statistical significance.Conclusion 1.RP patients with myopia that peripheral refractive showed hyperopic defocus state.2.Mide to moderate group in the temporal side 20 and 30 from the perspective of peripheral hyperopic defocus degree was positively or related with the degree of retinal injury.3.RP with myopia patients in the smaller range of retinal damage,the degree of peripheral retinal damage is a positive correlation,but the retinal damage,the central retinal damage and the degree of damage is not associated.
