Clinical Study On Diclofenac Sodium Patch Cooperate Warming Acupuncture Treatment Of External Humeral Epicondylitis

Objective:Based on analysis of the treatment result,this study focused on evaluating the effect of Diclofenac Sodium Patch cooperate Warming Acupuncture treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Method:90 cases patients of external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into 3 groups:the comparison group I,the comparison group II and the observation group.Each group had 30 patients.The comparison group I was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Patch only,1#per day.The comparison group II was treated with Warming Acupuncture only,selected 1-2 Ashi point at the Lateral elbow,used 2 cuns needles to pierce the Ashi point,set near 2cm mugwort stick on the needle handle and fired it.As time as mugwort stick bumed out,needling had been finished.This treatment cost 30 mins,once a day.Warming Acupuncture requested obvious feeling and using the same type of needles.The observation group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Patch cooperate Warming Acupuncture,firstly used Warming Acupuncture(the same way as the comparison group II),then were treated with Diclofenac Sodium Patch.Each group had a 2 weeks course of treatment;the curative effects were observed and compared with VAS,MEPS.Result:1)the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the comparison group I and II were 70.00%and 90.00%.2)Diclofenac Sodium Patch cooperate Warming Acupuncture treatment could significantly reduce the pain visual score of patients,improved the skin symptoms,restored physiological function in patients with normal.Conclusion:The treatments of Diclofenac Sodium Patch cooperate Warming Acupuncture has a good clinical curative effect,could be a therapeutic method of popularizing clinically.In the course of treatment in patients with less pain,easy to be accepted,and the operation was simple and safe,easy to copy by clinicians was worthy of clinical application.
