| Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors,which has greatly threatened the health and lives of the patients.The symptom of ovarian cancer is not obvious at early stage,so it is easy for it to escape diagnosis,resulting that the patients miss the best treatment opportunity.As a tumor marker,CA125 has been widely used in the screening and early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.However,there exist imperfections in the specificity and sensitivity of CA125.HE4 is a new tumor marker and highly expressed in ovarian cancer.Single detection of HE4 or combined detection of HE4 and CA125 have good application prospect in the early diagnosis and clinical monitoring of ovarian cancer.Objective:To study the clinical value of detections of serum HE4,CA125 and HE4+CA125 in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:187 cases of ovarian cancer patients and 43 cases of gynecological health examination,including 112 cases of ovarian cancer,75 cases of benign tumor and 43 cases of healthy women,were collected between October 2013 and September 2017.The expression levels of CA125 and HE4 were detected.Specificity and sensitivity were compared among HE4,CA125 and HE4+CA125.Results:(1)Serum levels of CA125 and HE4 in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group and benign tumor group,the difference was statistically significant.(2)The sensitivity of HE4 in diagnosis of ovarian cancer was 40.18%,which was lower than that of CA125,but the specificity and positive predictive value of HE4(100%,100%)were higher than those of CA125(82.20%,81.74%).(3)Sensitivity of combined detection of HE4 and CA125 was 86.61%,higher than that of the single detection of HE4 or CA125;inspection specificity of combined detection was 82.20%,similar to that of single detection of CA125 and lower than that of the single detection of HE4.Conclusions:(1)Serum HE4 in ovarian cancer group has high expression.HE4 detection has important clinical significance in diagnosis of ovarian cancer.(2)Compared with CA125 detection,the specificity of HE4 detection is higher,and discrimination of benign and malignant ovarian tumor is better.(3)Combined detection of HE4 and CA125 has high predictive validity and diagnostic value in improving ovarian cancer detection rate and discrimination of benign and malignant ovarian tumor. |
