feasibility and advantages of establishing "medical association" cooperation model based on telemedicine information platform,and improving the service ability and strength of the grass-roots medical and health institutions in the region.The practice of "medical association" cooperation model in xinjiang region is conducive to the establishment of a scientific system of vertical integration of
