Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Hospital Management In Universities Of Hunan Province

The university hospital refers to the school hospitals in colleges and universities,is a medical and health institutions with Chinese characteristics.University hospitals are mostly affiliated with the administrative system of universities,responsible for providing basic medical care,infectious disease prevention and control,health monitoring,health education and medical insurance management services and work for teachers and students of the university and the surrounding communities.University hospitals can effectively protect the health of the population within the university community,ensure normal teaching and research work in universities,protect the health of teachers and students and alleviate the tension of social medical resources,make up for the lack of social medical supplies.But in recent years,with the reform of medical and health system,the reform of university system and the development of logistics reform in universities,the survival and development of the hospital environment has undergone tremendous changes,some universities have encountered bottlenecks in the development of hospitals.This article chooses four 211 university hospitals in Hunan Province which can represent the majority of universities hospital development model,analyzes the present situation and the management mode adopted by the four universities.Meanwhile depth analysis of the existing problems and causes,trying to explore the universal reform method by summing up the particularity,so as to improve the public medical service ability and level of Chinese university hospitals.This article first defines the concept of university hospital,reviewed the literature related to hospital development in universities,and summarizes the research results of hospital health work in recent years.Second,organize the development history of university hospitals from the historical perspective,including the national health policy and the need to set up hospital hospitals,analysis the function of university hospitals from three aspects:public health function,basic medical function and health administration.Again,take the four 211 universities in Hunan Province as example,describe the current situation of hospital management in the current background,including the hospital development status,service object and management mode.Then introduced the characteristics of the model of hospital operation under school management,analyze existing problems and their causes.Finally,make recommendations and countermeasures based on the problem.Using strategic management and performance management as theoretical guides,combined with the environment and needs of four universities in Hunan Province as well as national policy and university development goals,exploring the countermeasures of university hospital.By improving the management model,scientific allocation of medical resources,optimize the management system and maintain the hospital image,to promote the future development of university hospitals in Hunan Province and even in the whole country.
