Objective:This paper kindergarten in SUZHOU industrial park, oblique pond area, for example,in the garden of preschool children's height, weight and other physiological indexes measured, and using a handheld vision screening instrument to test the number in the garden of children eye diopter.Meanwhile, the parents of the children were asked to fill out a children's life quality scale.Through the above research, clear the area of preschool children's physique and the current situation of refractive vision and understanding of the children in the life, psychological and social adaptation, analysis of refractive errors of preschool children's physical, mental, emotional, social behavior and performance in the garden. In order to strengthen the society's understanding of the harm of the preschool children's refractive error, the prevalence of refractive error of preschool children is controlled. The discussion can improve the visual status quo of preschool children and provide scientific basis for the development of a scheme to reduce the prevalence of refractive errors in preschool children.Objects and methods:According to the characteristics of the preschool children, using the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative investigation object choice of SUZHOU industrial park, oblique pond area 5 kindergarten in preschool children in the nation of free computer optometry data, please fill in the children's parents of children with physical quality of life scale.A total of 1,720 preschoolers(86.0%)participated in the survey after elimination of unqualified, missing and missing items.According to age stratification,510 people in age 4,624 in 5-year age group,586 in 6-year age group.According to gender stratification,906(52.7%)of boys,814(47.3%).They also collected basic information about the height and weight of children being investigated.Check the children's diopter in the right and left order.According to the standard, the four year old children's spherical mirror 0~2.5D(Diopter)is normal vision, more than 2.5D is far-sightedness,less than 0 is myopia.5 years old children's globe lens 0~2.25 D is normal vision, greater than 2.25 D is distant vision, less than 0 is myopia;6 years old children's spherical mirror 0~2D is normal vision, more than 2D is farsightedness, less than 0 is myopia; The column mirror of all children is normal, and is less than-1.5 degrees astigmatism, and the occurrence of positive value is extremely abnormal. In this study, the refractive error rate was calculated by artificial unit. The person with binocular vision imbalance is subject to the higher degree of refractive error. In addition,PedsQL 4.0 life quality scale was adopted to evaluate the quality of life.Parents questionnaire content including 23,classified into four aspects, namely physiological function(8),emotional(5 questions),social function(5 questions)and the character function(5 questions, also known as school performance). Each question is asked in recent one month one thing happening frequency, response options is divided into five level 0 ~ 4 points, first transformed into 0:0 = 100,1 = = 50,75,2,3 = 25,4 = 0.The score of each score is divided by the number of problems in the score. The quality of life score is divided by 8,and the total quality of life is divided by 23.The score between 0 and 100 points, the higher the score, the better the quality of life.Using spss18.0 statistical software for data analysis:Statistical analysis methods include general statistical description(frequency, rate, percentage, etc.)and chi-square test. The P value was both bilateral probability and the test level was 0.05.Results: there were 1,720 subjects in this study,906(52.7%)of boys,814(47.3%)of girls,510,624 and 586 preschoolers aged 4 to 6.Average height(1.06 + 0.07)m was investigated, and the average weight was(18.16 + + 3.39)kg.Eighty percent of children get sick within two weeks. In total 159(9.2%),there were refractive errors, male refractive errors were 9.5%,female students were 9.0%,and there was no gender difference(P BBB 0 0.05).BMI(body mass index)has a greater influence on refractive error rate, and the higher the BMI value of children, the higher the refractive error rate(P < 0.05).The refractive error rate of children in 4 years was 9.4%,the rate of refractive error was 8.2% in the age of 5,and the rate of refractive error in the age of 6 was 10.2%,and there was no significant difference in refractive error between different ages(P BBB 0.0.05).In addition, the prevalence of myopia and hyperopia were 2.4 and 3.3% respectively.Refractive errors of preschool children had a greater influence on the quality of life, the overall quality of life score an average of 61.92 + /-7.38 points, the refractive error of 60.41 + /-9.24 children and normal children's quality of life exist significant difference(P < 0.05).The scores of the physical, emotional, social and role functions of refractive children were 61.65,65.31,55.25 and 57.45 respectively. The latter three constitute psychological fields, averaging 59.78 points; There was significant difference in the quality of life of the children with refractive error in the children under investigation(P < 0.05).A single factor analysis of gender, age, height, and refractive condition showed that the age, height and refractive condition were significantly negatively correlated with the quality of life(P < 0.05).The higher the height, the greater the age,the worse the quality of life of children with refractive errors. Conclusion:This paper reveals that SUZHOU industrial park inclined pond preschoolers refractive error status, further explore refractive error influence on preschool children's quality of life, community health work guidelines and policies for the health sector, effective prevention and treatment of children with refractive with myopia not to provide a reliable basis.
