| Objective:To investigate the distribution of peripheral refraction in the eyes and compare the differences of peripheral refraction between patients with high myopia and low-moderate myopia.Further study to analysis SMILE in correction of myopia and myopic stigmatism postoperative peripheral refraction and Its Change. To evaluate the effect of surgery on peripheral refraction and the possible effect of postoperative peripheral refraction on progression of myopia. Methods:Prospective case study.60 patients(60 eyes)with myopia and myopia astigmatism were collected. The Grand Seiko WAM 5500 was used to measure the foveal and nasal sides respectively.Sixty patients were divided into high myopia, moderate myopia and low myopia according to the central refraction.Differences in peripheral refractions between the three groups were compared using single-factor analysis of variance.Paired t was compared between peripheral refractive power of the three groups,test.Twenty-seven patients(27 eyes)with myopia and myopia astigmatism scheduled to undergo SMILE surgery were treated with the Grand Seiko WAM 5500 before and 6 months after surgery.Paired-sample t-test;Correlation analysis between eccentricity angle and peripheral refraction was analyzed using spearman correlation analysis.Analyze and compare the differences between refractive corrections between different eccentricity angles.Result:1.There was a significant difference in RPRE of nasal retina between three groups, and relatively more hyperopic sphere was shown in the high group.2.There was no significant difference of peripheral astigmatism between three groups.3.There is asymmetry in the RPRE of the nasal and temporal retinas in patients with high myopia. There was a statistically significant difference in the horizontal direction of 10°,15°,20°,and 30°in the horizontal direction. The nasal retina is more hyperopic defocus than the temporal retina. There was no difference in RPRE between the nasal and temporal retina in the low myopia groups.4.There was a statistically significant difference in the peripheral spherical equivalent M value between the before and after SMILE surgery.5.The RPRE of the SMILE operation changed from relative peripheral hyperopic defocusing to relative peripheral myopia defocusing. There was a significant difference in RPRE before and after surgery.6.Treatment induced was symmetric between nasal and temporal visual fields along the horizontal meridian.Conclusion:1.The peripheral refraction is related to the central refractive power. With the increase of the central refractive power, the peripheral refractive power shows a more relative hyperopia dioptric power, and the temporal side is more prominent than the nasal side.2.The symmetry between different central refractions is different. In the high myopia group, the retina side and the temporal side of the retina are asymmetric. In the moderate myopia group, the retina is asymmetrical in the more peripheral area, while in the low myopia group is asymmetry3.The peripheral astigmatism components J180 and J45 do not change with changes in the central refraction, and there is no difference between high-medium low-grade myopia groups.4.Peripheral refraction is affected by myopic SMILE(Small incision lenticule extraction)surgery.Unlike orthokeratology, which increases the peripheral myopia,SMILE reduces myopia across the horizontal visual field out to at least 30°from fixation.5.There is asymmetry in peripheral refractive power in myopic eyes. There is still asymmetry in peripheral refractive error after SMILE(Small incision lenticule extraction)。... |
