Clinical Study On The Effect Of Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Decoction On Serum Adiponectin In Patients With Diabetes Mellitus (Liver-to-yang Heat,Poisoning Liver Syndrome)

Purpose: By observing the effect of add and subtract decoction on the serum adiponectin in patients with diabetes(liver and stomach heat accumulation and toxin),the clinical effect of detoxification decoction was evaluated in order to provide clinical basis for the treatment of type 2 diabetes with the theory of toxic decrease.Method: The patients were mainly from the endocrinology and metabolism department of affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine,and 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group and the control group respectively given the Jiedu Tongluo Tune decoction plus or minus oral,detoxification Tongluo prescription simulation agent oral,the course of 12 weeks.Monitoring the symptoms,physical signs and physical and chemical changes of the two groups before and after treatment,record,statistics and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum adiponectin level was observed before and after treatment,which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).The blood glucose,blood lipid,fins and Homa levels before and after treatment in two groups were compared,which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).The improvement of TCM clinical symptoms treatment group had obvious advantage than the control group(p < 0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33 % in the treatment group and 83.33 % in the control group.The results showed that the clinical effect of Jiedu Tongluo Tune decoction(Liver)in the treatment of diabetes(stagnated heat and toxic decrease)was accurate.Conclusion: Detoxification Tongluo Tune decoction treatment of diabetes(liver stomach heat bladder syndrome)curative effect,no obvious adverse reactions,confirmed the toxic damage of the theory of liver collaterals theory is accurate,worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth study.
