Purpose:The clinical patients of Deficiency of Qi-Blood through the dialectical study of female constipation of traditional Chinese medicine,under the guidance of Professor Zhou Jianhua,Bazhen decoction taking orally,by randomly assigning,seting up test method for clinical observation of the experimental group and control group,the changed feeling was recorded,compared two groups of patients with medication and the state of mind the applicability,effectiveness,and safety to further understand and clear Bazhen Decoction in treating the constipation,improve the use of evidence,clinical treatment methods can be used to form.Method: In this study,patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Province,Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of inpatient and outpatient,66 cases(Including the deciduous cases)of Qi and blood deficiency type of women had a history of constipation patients were divided into two groups,each group of 33 cases,the treatment group was given the modified Bazhen decoction oral treatmentthe;the control group was given mosapride tablets succinate Luca(Li Luo){manufacturer: Italy Janssen Cilag S.p.A,approval number:registration certificate umber H20140058},2mg once a day,taking orally,all times of therapy are 28 days.The two group patient were be careful observation,recording defecation frequency,defecation difficulty,defecation time,abdominal distension,belching,tongue and pulse and anxiety and depression evaluation of clinical efficacy,and all data are used SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,confirming the view of this topic.Result: A total of 61 patients completed the clinical observation study(treatment group dropped out of the case of the 3,while the control group was 2 cases),no accident occurred.Through the experimental observation and statistical analysis,the conclusion is drawn :Results: the experimental group--modified Bazhen decoction treatment group and control group,mosapride treatment group succinic acid Pu Luca compared with a significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the two groups were:93.33%and 74.19%。Effect of modified Bazhen decoction prescription in the treatment of this disease is obviously better than that of Pu Luca mosapride treatment group succinic acid.Conclusion: TheModified Bazhen decoction prescription for female patients with deficiency of Qi-Blood deficiency constipation can effectively alleviate the difficult defecation,increased frequency of defecation,reduce defecation time,improve tongue pulse.In the treatment of female patients with deficiency of Qi and blood deficiency constipation,the practical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic disease was greatly enhanced.It not only weakens the economic burden of patients,but also plays an important role in the clinical work of doctors.
