Objective: To study the safety and efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with chronic heart failureMethods: 200 patients with chronic stable heart failure were randomly divided into four groups according to previous treatment;the control group ? the Resistive exercise cardiac rehabilitation group ? the Aerobic exercise cardiac rehabilitation group and the Exercise combined with aerobic exercise and cardiac rehabilitation group;50 cases in every group.The control group was treated with the recommended medication,nutrition management,psychological intervention.the Resistive exercise cardiac rehabilitation group was treated with the Resistive exercise on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment period was 3 months,Followed up for 6months.Evaluate and record the following:6 minute walk test distance?LVEF?peak VO2 ? AT-METS ? Maximum exercise load ? BMI ? MLHFQ ? Reserve heart rate,Mortality and readmission rates were observed at 6 months.Results: Four groups of experimental group after treatment for 3 months,Impact on LVEF,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and the aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise group,Compared with the control group,the resistance exercise group,aerobic exercise group and aerobic exercise combined resistance exercise group were significantly improved.Impact on BMI,There was no significant improvement in the resistance exercise group,aerobic exercise group and aerobic exercise combined resistance exercise group compared with the control group.Impact on systolic pressure,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and the aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between aerobic exercise group and aerobic exercise group,Compared with the control group,the resistance exercise group,aerobic exercise group and aerobic exercise combined resistance exercise group were significantly improved.Impact on diastolic pressure,There was no significant improvement in the resistance exercise group,aerobic exercise group and aerobic exercise combined resistance exercise group compared with the control group.Impact on 6 minute walk test distance,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference in the resistance exercise group compared with the control group,Aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise group were significantly improved compared with the control group.Impact on peakVO2,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and aerobic exercise group,Aerobic exercise group was significantly improved compared with the resistance exercise group,There was no significant difference between aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference in the resistance exercise group compared with the control group,Aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise group were significantly improved compared with the control group.Impact on Reserve heart rate,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and the aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise group,There was no significant improvement in the resistance exercise group compared with the control group,Aerobic exercise,aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise group and control group were significantly improved.Impact on MLHFQ,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between the resistance exercise group and the aerobic exercise group,There was no significant difference between aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise combined with aerobic exercise group,Compared with the control group,the resistance exercise group,aerobic exercise group and aerobic exercise combined resistance exercise group were significantly improved.6 month readmission rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,There was no significant difference in mortality within 6 months.Conclusion: Cardiac exercise rehabilitation is safe in patients with chronic stable heart failure,It can significantly improve the quality of life and exercise tolerance.
